It’s Better in the Bahamas! Sandals Royal Bahamian

Upon arriving at Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport, I made my way to the Sandals lounge, which is right outside the custom/immigrations area. From here, a Sandals staff assists guests with transfers to the resort, which is only a 10-minute drive away. If you are looking for a Sandals resort with a minimum transfer time, this is a wonderful option!Upon arrival at the resort, guests are welcomed with a cool towel and glass of champagne. My room category was Windsor Honeymoon Oceanview Club Level Suite (JS), which featured a mini-refrigerator stocked with soda, beer, juices and water. In this particular category, the room includes the Club Sandals Concierge (Club level). I quickly headed out to explore the resort, which has two main pools overlooking the ocean, and both have a swim-up bar.
When staying at Sandals, guests experience “Unlimited Luxury.” This includes direct, round-trip airport transfers; Wi-Fi; gratuities; unlimited dining at 10 restaurants; premium house wines and unlimited spirits, beer, non-alcoholic drinks; endless day and night entertainment; unlimited scuba diving and other water sports, as well as land sports.
Each Sandals resort is known for having its own personality. I would classify this particular Sandals as a quiet getaway for those who enjoy the beach and a private island. If you are looking for a relaxed, slow- paced atmosphere, this is the Sandals you want to stay at! One of the coolest features is the offshore island. Sandals provides water transfers to and from the island daily, where there is a restaurant, as well as one of three Red Lane Spa locations called Zen Gardens, with treatment areas overlooking the sea.
Even with the laidback surroundings of this resort, there are endless things to do. The Penthouse fitness center overlooks the ocean and offers some awesome classes. You can treat yourself to a variety of spa treatments at the Red Lane Spa, or take one of many excursions offered by Island Routes, a Caribbean adventure tour company that has an on-site office at the resort.
