"My wife and I have been customers of AAA for many years.  Two and half years ago we booked a trip through Rosemary Brewer to Alaska.  Our original trip was to fly from Newark, NJ to San Diego, CA.  In California we stayed at two different hotels and needed a rental car.  From San Diego, CA we planned to fly to Fairbanks, AK and start an 8 day tour.  Unfortunately, Covid hit and the tour was postponed a year.  When the time came to reschedule this trip, so much had changed due to Covid.  Airlines didn't offer the same flights and we had credit to be used by two different airlines.  I was emailing and calling Rosemary constantly to reschedule this trip.  She spent so much time making sure every detail was exactly what we wanted.  She worked with us to ensure that we received the travel credit we were due and that we didn't lose the credit we had earned.  We ended up making two trips instead of one this past year which Rosemary handled expertly.  My wife and I have been beyond pleased with the service that Rosemary has provided us and will continue to be customers of AAA for many more years.

"This past July and August, we were fortunate to be able to take 2 of our postponed trips scheduled for 2020. One was to Disney in Orlando Fl with our children and grandchildren(9 of us total) and the other with dear friends on a Viking River cruise, sailing from Paris to Normandy beach France. Thanks to our AAA agent, Becky Adamson, we were able to complete both trips flawlessly.  She handled all of the rescheduling issues like re-booking flights, hotels etc. She took care of everything so that we were able enjoy stress free travel and instead make more beautiful memories with family and friends. We  cannot thank her enough for all that she did. We definitely will be checking back with her for any further travel plans! Thank you Becky💕

In between the Delta and Omicron variants, I managed a trip to Egypt and Jordan, beautifully coordinated by AAA's Michelle Colandrea. Michelle worked through Colette Travel, an outfit I'd never heard of, and between the two of them, they orchestrated a seamless tour that hit all the right places, flights, budget, guides, accommodations, COVID testing as needed once the trip was underway. . .everything. (Well, not totally seamless: my flight out was delayed for five hours before being cancelled. But Colette was there for me, even at 1 a.m., rebooking flights, arranging ground transport for my late arrival in Cairo, etc. And who doesn't want to spend the first night of their vacation in a free hotel in downtown Newark?)    The trip itself was wonderful; I always felt safe, entertained, fascinated. I wouldn't hesitate to book again through Michelle and AAA. So get your passport, get vaccinated, get tested. . .and go!    If you can. At the very least, start planning!   Paul Felder

We recently returned from an amazing Disney family vacation. When we decided to take this vacation, we contacted AAA for assistance with the planning process and they referred us to Diane Parkansky. Diane spent numerous occasions meeting with us over the course of a year and a half. She listened to our concerns and made suggestions based on the needs of our family and our interests. Diane was quick to respond to our needs, she was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Due to her help and expertise, Diane took the stress out of our Disney vacation planning. Hi Christina, We wanted to thank you for helping us plan our wonderful trip to Disney World on December 16. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Port Orleans Riverside. Everything went smoothly with our rental car also. The parks were extremely crowded and we were glad we had fast passes every day. We enjoyed the many character breakfasts and dinners. Would highly recommend the meal plan to everyone going to the parks and the Disney Experience app. Both really helped us navigate our way around the park for wait times, character locations, getting fast passes, etc. We look forward to our next trip to Disney World in two years, especially with all the new rides and attractions planned, Once again, thank you for everything! Hi Jenn, I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our Hawaii trip. It was so beautiful – the four of us loved it. Our hotels were great – each in a different way. Embassy Suites in Waikiki did have two bathrooms with the two bedrooms, which made it really convenient. It was neat and clean and in a good location. We enjoyed the beach there, the breakfast buffet, and two nights of the happy hour with entertainment, free drinks and light snacks. We went on a tour of Pearl Harbor, the cemetery and Honolulu. Another day we rented a car and drove to the north shore around the east side of the island, stopping to see various sites, and ending up at the Cultural Center and Breath of Life show. We had a big surprise upon arriving at Koloa Landing Kauai. Instead of a two-bedroom, two bathroom condo, they gave us three bedrooms and three baths in a unit overlooking the beautiful new 400,000-gallon pool. It was a corner unit with a wraparound deck. It was so beautiful. We have never stayed in a place so gorgeous. In Kauai my son took surf lessons, we took a fantastic helicopter ride, toured the Coffee Co. and did a tasting, and explored the Waimea Canyon. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and all three pools at the resort. Also stopped and got some Kauai cookies that you recommended. Yum! On to Maui... Before we could check into our hotel, we took a ride up the long, winding road to Haleakala Crater. We all loved the beautiful ride and the scenery 10,023 feet up! This condo was nice and right on the beach, as you know. We saw the beautiful sunsets from our own porch! We saw whales way out in the ocean a few times, and then our kids went on a whale watch boat one day while Steve and I took the road to Hana. They saw whales with their babies and really enjoyed it. We didn’t really care for the long ride to Hana. We did see some pretty sites and enjoyed the lava beach, but it was too narrow and crowded. No parking spots where we did want to stop and waterfalls seemed mostly dried up. We enjoyed “your” giri giri on the way back. On my daughter’s birthday we went snorkeling at Molokini Crater on a speed raft. That was neat. The water is so beautifully blue in Hawaii. Maui is the most beautiful place we’ve ever been, and we’ve cruised to a lot of islands. Thank you for your help. Our flights really weren’t too bad – the island hoppers were fine. We had a wonderful time. Aloha!

Dear Adrienne, What a wonderful time we had on our AAA Member Choice Vacation in South Dakota. Some of the highlights of our trip were Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, The Badlands National Park. We toured the Black Hills Wild Horse Sanctuary and traveled into the city of Deadwood with a stop at Wall Drug. Many more highlights were enjoyed. Such unforgettable memories. Katie has helped us plan our last four Disney vacations. She has planned everything out for us. Our trips have been hassle free and really enjoyable. All we had to do was simply show up.    A great experience from our last trip was finally being able to go on Peter Pan's Flight in Magic Kingdom! The lines were always really long, but Katie was able to help us set up the Disney Experience App, so we were able to get fast passes. It is our new favorite ride! There is not an easier way to book a Disney World Vacation. Staying at the Coronado Springs resort and eating our many snacks from the dining plan was definitely the way to go.   Katie even helped us plan a one day trip to Connecticut and it was also flawless.

In April and May of this year, I toured Italy with Trafalgar. The program was very well put together – almost all of the most important historical sites were covered in nine days. Our guide for this trip of 47 travelers was excellent. Patricia O’Brien should get 5 STARS. She provided so much information that until today I have to collect and remember details. Hotels were well selected, all comfortable and clean. The hotel staff service was good, and very attentive to their guests’ comfort. The motor coach driver was amazing, maneuvering the bus in traffic among small cars. Even though this was not the peak time for touring Italy, there were many tourists, yet Patricia was always well organizedand kept us safe! All dinners were included in the program, and the restaurants were very good. The hosts were going out of their way to receive the group, and the food and drinks were excellent and plentiful.
